In the beginning, we specialized in the manufacture and sale of mechanical and pneumatic presses. These presses are used in the processing of plastics, composites and other non-metals. This means that we can also equip the presses with heating equipment, measuring and testing equipment or other additional components.

Our customers use it to laminate, emboss, form, punch, test or glue their plastics or composite materials.

Innovation through automation in stirring technology

Reitz Technik has developed an automated stirring technology that uses the easy-to-use industrial robot HORST from the German robot manufacturer fruitcore robotics .

For this purpose, the industrial robot from fruitcore robotics is equipped with one of our agitators and can stir a certain number of containers in a certain time in unmanned shifts. Even at night and on weekends.

Thanks to the automated stirring processes, the challenges of the shortage of skilled workers can be effectively met because employees are relieved and no additional staff is needed. A quick amortization is possible. Productivity and competitiveness are significantly increased.
